Of all the conversations you choose to have with friends and family, this is a tough one. But it’s an important one.

Talking to your friends and family now means they will be prepared if they need to make health care decisions on your behalf. It’s important to inform your doctors and health care team so your choices are known and can be honored. Think of it as a gift to the ones you love. Think of it as a gift to yourself.

Honoring Choices® Idaho can help you start the process of Advance Care Planning and complete an advance directive.
